TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All bidders must register before each sale and have a bidder number issued by RoadOne. A five hundred dollar ($500) refundable
   deposit is required to obtain a bidder card.

2. RoadOne makes no written or oral representations, warranties, promises or statements regarding the state of title, or the physical or
   mechanical condition of the vehicles. The sales sheet is not guaranteed correct. Bidders rely solely on their own observations and
   inspections in determining whether to purchase a vehicle. Buyer is responsible for all registration fees and smog certification
   charges. License plate registration tags are not guaranteed to be correct.

3. Payment for public vehicles must be in cash. Failure to pay for vehicle as required will result in forfeiture of all deposit money.

4. Vehicles without a ten day hold must be paid for and removed by 3pm on the 2nd business day after the sale. Non-payment
   will result in forfeiture of deposit. Failure to remove the vehicle from property will result in storage fees of $25 per day. Vehicles
   left over 5 days will result in a lien being placed upon the vehicle.

5. DEPOSIT REFUNDS. Refunds will be made after the auction has ended the day of the sale.

6. RoadOne is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles not immediately paid for and removed from property.

7. RoadOne hereby disclaims and excludes any and all warranties of title, including without limitation that the title is good and its
   transfer is rightful, and that the vehicle is delivered free from any security interest or other lien or encumbrance. RoadOne also
   disclaims and excludes any and all warranties that the vehicle is delivered free of any rightful claim of any third person by way of
   infringement or the like.

8. All vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS". RoadOne hereby disclaims and excludes any and all implied warranties,
   including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of contract of warranty shall be return of the vehicle and repayment of the purchase
   price. Under no circumstance shall RoadOne be liable for consequential or incidental damages.

10. All vehicles will be assessed a buyer fee. The fee schedule is as follows: Purchase price $0-299 fee is $50, price of $300-1250 fee
    is $125, price of $1251 and over fee is 10% of purchase price.

11. All vehicles will be assessed a documentation fee as follows: Purchase price $0-299 fee is $25, price of $300 or over fee
    is $50.

12. Bidder understands and acknowledges that upon award of high bid, there is a contract between parties to complete the sale of the
    vehicle. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of all deposit monies.
