TERMS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

A 2% Buyers fee will be added to all online purchases (maximum fee of $950 per lot). Complete payment is due by wire transfer or by credit card within 24 hours of the auction closing. There is a 3% administration fee on all credit card purchases. Online buyers will be notified of wiring instructions immediately following the auction. Full settlement must be made prior to removing the equipment from the auction site. There is a $25.00 title fee on all titled vehicles/trailers. Everything sells in “as is” conditions – no warranties - all sales are final. Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representation. In no event shall Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers shall not be responsible for any errors and omissions in the description of the items. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased.

Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in an auction.
